		<description>Thanks for your encouragement. I look forward to checking out your site. I&#039;ve been dealing with perimenopause as well. It definitely adds to the challenge of losing weight.
And I agree that weight loss is about moving more and eating less. The trick is to eat the healthy foods and less of the poor choice foods without feeling like you&#039;re missing something. And I don&#039;t think I could ever give up chocolate.</description>

Oh, and I hope we can here of your progress.   I dieted for years and the only  thing that works to eat less and move more.   I learned to say no to rice, potatoes, bread, greasy stuff but NOT chocolate.   Can&#039;t.   I also am not addicted to the exercise burn.   When I feel the burn, I feel like it&#039;s burning the fat.
