Sometimes lately, I think this blog should be called Fat Girl vs. Fit Girl. This being fit thing can certainly feel like a championship fight some days. Today is one of those days. In fact, this has just been one of those weekends. As Fit Girl, over the last week, I’ve been assessing what I eat and trying to incorporate better choices and get rid of some of the empty calories I consume. I could live on 100-calorie snack packs, and since the beginning, I definitely consumed more of those than I should. Weight Watchers is great for portion control, and while I lost weight, I was still not making the best choices from a nutrition perspective a lot of the time.
